Operation Teamleader
Operation Teamleader is our most popular event and has become the essential scenario-based outdoor adventure. Purely by functioning as an effective Team will you overcome the physical and mental challenges which stand between you and ultimate success.
Your mission is to re-instate damaged infrastructure in a remote and volatile (but thankfully fictitious) country. Specially engineered challenges will give your problem-solving skills and team-work a real test. One of your tasks involves abseiling into a disused quarry; whilst another involves finding a secret agent - during an exhilarating night patrol in a very dark forest!
The event culminates in a fun Raft-Race, which provides a hilarious climax to the whole experience!
Taking part on Operation Teamleader requires a basic level of fitness, a sense of fun and a thirst for adventure. Both your own Team and your Instructors will be there to support you - and together you will get through!
Operation Teamleader Programme:
Day 1
- 12.00 Group arrives at RV
- 12.30 Lunch
- 13.00 Safety Briefing / Kit Issue
- 13.30 Team Challenges (including Abseil)
- 18.30 Evening Meal
- 19.00 Preparation for Tactical Night Patrol
- 20.30 Deploy on Night Patrol
- 23.30 Return to Accommodation – FREE BEER!
Day 2
- 07.30 Tea in Bed – served by Instructors!
- 08.00 Raft Race
- 09.00 Cooked Breakfast
- 10.00 Group departs
Price £188 per person (min. 12 / max. 24)\
Price includes all Meals / Drinks, Accommodation, Safety Equipment (inc. waterproofs) and Instruction.
Participants should arrive dressed for the outdoors, bringing a Washing Kit (inc. towel), Change of Clothing and a Sleeping Bag.
